Stewart’s Shops has invested $50 million to rebuild 13 new shops and build 4 new shops in 2019. Our newest shops are in South Boonville and Queensbury. These shops are part of our continuous commitment to meet our growing customer needs; offering a wider variety of food and beverage options and to make their shopping experience even easier.
South Boonville Celebrated Its Grand Opening on Friday Oct. 18th

This new shop is about half the size of a typical Stewart’s Shop and is the second Stewart’s Shop in Boonville. This shop will serve the commuter traffic on Rt . 12 with a quick stop for coffee, lunch or essentials.
In honor of this shop opening, Stewart’s Shops donated $2,000 to the Boonville Black River Canal Museum. The brand new shop is located directly across the street from the Boonville Black River Canal Museum. This is our tenth shop built along the Black River. This area has a lot of history and a lot of Stewart’s shops!
Did you know? The Black River Canal connected the Erie Canal & Lake Ontario with 109 locks and the 35-mile canal opened up the north country, enabling growth for the villages. So much history in this area!
