It’s no surprise that our award-winning ice cream is made with award-winning milk. We MOO (Make Our Own) for you, using fresh milk from local farms to make the delicious ice cream you know and love. Every day we pick up our milk from 20 local dairy farms in Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Washington counties. Each day we pick up over 25,000 gallons of milk. That much milk is more than it takes to fill your average swimming pool! That milk goes into our dairy products, foods made in the Stewart’s Kitchen and of course our delicious ice cream.
