Having left what to me, was a very special cane somewhere in my travels last week from Albany to Old Forge and back; I guessed that Stewart’s in Indian Lake was its last resting place. The short story is, with the help of Brittany, Shelly and Karen, they were able to confirm the cane’s existence, packing and shipping it to my home. It was packed to survive intercontinental travel and was shipped at a considerable expense by priority mail. Your people truly helped an elderly absent minded patron. “A regular elderly customer was in his car for a while. Your Partner Cassie went out to check on him at the end of her shift. The customer was unresponsive in his car with his service dog. Cassie called 911 and waited for paramedics. Cassie also called the dispatcher to let them know about the service dog to ensure it would not be taken to the shelter.” – Anonymous
“My husband and I went in and were so impressed by this guy who helped us. He was awesome, working two registers, getting us hand packed pints that were PERFECT, helping train a new team member and was very pleasant.
