Omesh has been working for Stewart’s Shops for 5 years and is already a shop manager! His dedication and work ethic assisted in his fast growth. Moving to America from Guyana with his mom, Omesh was looking for a job to help his family. Through a family friend, he was introduced to now retired Stewart’s District Manager Deryck Singh and was hired as a Partner. Being new to the area, he quickly learned all about Stewart’s culture and why it’s such a staple in upstate New York. He enjoys interacting with customers, the fast-paced atmosphere, and the ability to make your shop fun. For Omesh, that meant creating colorful and elaborate displays for various sales and holidays! He prides himself on making his shop stand out, so the customer feels like this is their neighborhood shop. This also includes giving back to his community through Holiday Match check presentations and ice cream scooping at local events. He has learned so much in the past 5 years at Stewart’s Shops and is excited where is future will take him!
