Andy has been a Partner with Stewart’s Shops for 17 years and is currently the manager of multiple departments at the Distribution Warehouse. Andy calls the warehouse a big grocery store for the shops. From ice cream, to refreshers, to shop signs, Stewart’s vertical integration supports everything that our shops, and customers, need. With so many departments working together, that opens a lot of opportunity for growth. Over the years Andy has moved through different positions, learning new things about the warehouse, and taking on more responsibilities. Andy promotes the mindset of “you determine your growth,” and helps guide his fellow Partners. He’s seen Partners make a full-time career out of warehouse positions as well as supporting partners interested in driving, marketing, and accounting.
