These awards were given to convenience store (c-store) chains, like Stewart’s Shops, to recognize them for driving engagement across social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
CStore Decisions wrote, “The winners of the 2023 social media awards are brands that present a clear voice across social media platforms, understand their audience, have a clear strategy and know how to engage fans through unique and entertaining content.”
CStore Decisions partnered with RivalIQ to analyze the performance across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok of about 70 c-store chains. Stewart’s Shops was awarded second place in the Best Overall Performance Category! Brands such as 7-Eleven, Buc-ee’s, Kwik Trip, and Kum & Go were all c-store chains that won awards for their social media platforms for 2023. These chains are much larger than Stewart’s Shops!
The CStore Decisions article talked about our TikTok saying, “TikTok is a relatively new addition for Stewart’s Shops, which it began this past summer, but it is already using popular trends and sounds and making them its own… The team that’s doing the creation on TikTok clearly gets it, but also, they feature ice cream on their TikTok content as well. Stewart’s Shops knows what the people like, and clearly the team understands how to carry that through on the various social platforms.”
