The time has come! The @stewartsshopsorbust2022 family on Instagram has finally made it to their last shop of the year! Over the past year, this family has gone to EVERY Stewart’s Shop! Now THAT’S dedication!
The Freemann Family started their journey on January 1st in their hometown of Cairo NY, and ended the year on 12/31 at our Church Ave Shop in Ballston Spa! If you didn’t know, our Church Ave shop was the first ever Stewart’s Shop! When asked if they chose this shop for their last visit for that reason, they said yes, that they wanted to find a meaningful shop for their last visit, so they decided on the first Stewart’s Shop ever built! They even went all out and brought friends and extended family with them to celebrate their final visit!
We wanted to get the inside scoop on their journey from their inspiration, to their favorite Stewart’s products, and more! The family stated that they got the idea for their adventure from a couple who recently visited every single Cracker Barrel in the country. They thought it was a fun idea, but opted for something a bit more local and decided on Stewart’s Shops.
What were their visits like? They said every shop has a similar Stewart’s- feel, but lots have their own unqiue markers that kept things interesting. The Freemann’s also made a point to grab an ice cream treat at least one shop per outing, even going so far as to try all of our cone counter flavors in ONE visit! New Year’s resolutions normally include, working out, eating better, or drinking more water but a local family took a different route.
Their new year’s resolution is to visit every single Stewart’s Shop!
At the time of writing this the family has visited over 30 of our shops. The family is die hard Stewart’s fans and wanted to see every location. This will be quite the journey, we have over 350 shops in 32 different counties across New York and Vermont.
Each stop looks a little different depending on what time of day it is, what their plans are for the day and how many shops they plan to stop at that day. Sometimes it is just a quick in and out, to grab snacks and coffee, sometimes the stop is just for essentials like milk, eggs, and bread, and sometimes the stops are for dinner and dessert.
Regardless of why you’re stopping at Stewart’s, we have you covered.
Our snacks are perfect for on the go snacking. Our car cups are great for being on the go, they fit right in your cup holder and have great flavors like Dark Chocolate Almonds, Roasted & Salted Cashews and Sweet & Salty. For your sweet tooth, we have chocolate bars with caramel and raspberry fillings. We also offer cookies, Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels, Dark Chocolate Blueberry Acai, Dark Chocolate Espresso beans and more.
Stop in for some of our great dinner options like mac and cheese, or a meatball sub. Our Make Your Own Hot Dogs allow you to customize dinner any way you like it. We even have pizza for the whole family! Buffalo Chicken, Cheese, Pepperoni, Supreme, Sausage and Bacon Chicken Ranch. With so many options there is sure to be a flavor for everyone. And don’t forget the ice cream for dessert!
