Stewart’s Shops has expanded in northern New York with the acquisition of three Sliders Food Mart convenience stores.
The acquisition gives Stewart’s new shops in Harrisville and Croghan in Lewis County and Clayton in Jefferson County. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This expansion is part of Stewart’s commitment to continue identifying communities throughout New York, Vermont and New Hampshire where fresh food, beverages, gas and other essential services are needed to support communities.
Stewart’s, a family- and employee-owned convenience store chain, now operates more than 400 shops in three states.
