Our ice cream is made locally at our distribution plant in Greenfield Center, NY. We MOO (Make Our Own) for you with fresh milk from local family farms! We only use quality ingredients with just the right amount of air, inclusions, and swirl. There is no middleman between our distribution plant and our Shops to ensure that our ice cream is fresh and in perfect condition. We make it, we care for it, and we deliver it to our Shops for you to enjoy! Our ice cream can only be bought in our Shops. We currently have over 60 flavors to choose from, so there’s something for everyone, whether you prefer a cone, half-gallon, or a pint.

- In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month as National Ice Cream Day
- The average American eats roughly 20 pounds of ice cream each year, or about 4 gallons
- In 2021, ice cream makers in the U.S churned out more than 1.3 billion gallons of ice cream
