Amsterdam Stewart’s Shop Reopens After Fire!

Front View of shop for grand opening

Just one year after our Market Street shop in Amsterdam opened its doors, it suffered from a terrible fire. Knowing how much the shop was needed in Amsterdam, we rallied and rebuilt the shop. We are so happy to announce, we are once again open for business on Market Street.

This new shop features all your favorite Stewart’s products along with a greater selection of produce, grocery items and easy food items such as freshly made pizza (pie and by the slice). There’s also plenty of seating, extensive parking and fuel service with premium non ethanol gas and diesel.

This shop opened its doors on 10/12. We celebrated with a grand opening on Saturday, October 22nd. Flavor the Cow will made an appearance and there was also a special performance by the the Amsterdam High School Marching Band, The Amsterdam Marching Rams!

We offered all day specials including 99¢ single scoop ice cream cones, 99¢ hot coffee/tea, 99¢ Stewart’s Shops sodas and Refreshers, 99¢ Make Your Own Hot Dogs, $2.00 off any whole 16” pizza, 10¢ off all gas, including diesel and more.

In honor of this event, we provided a donation to the Amsterdam School District to support their ongoing backpack program. In addition, we also provided a $500 donation to the Amsterdam Marching band.

We Are Closer To You!
