While we typically request a three-week lead time, we are waiving that restriction for COVID-19 related requests. The application will ask for a specific date, please choose the next available date on the calendar within the application. You will hear from us as soon as possible.
You will receive an email notification that your application has been submitted for review. We look at requests daily (M-F) and prioritize our response by closest event date. We ask for your patience; your request is important to us.
