Meet Amanda, Shop Manager who’s been working for Stewart’s Shops for 6 years! What she enjoys most out of being a manager is helping her partners grow, especially through growth incentive monthly bonuses. When your manager sees you working hard it’s rewarded, and Amanda learned that firsthand when she first started.
As a stay-at-home mom she was looking for part time work to make some extra money and quickly learned that with Stewart’s stability and flexible schedule, it could be so much more! By requesting more shifts and willingness to take on more responsibility she grew her role into a full-time management position. She enjoys teaching others about her journey and how the shop will work with you to find a role that fits your needs, whether it’s part time work, or a college student home from break.
