Meet our Partner Danielle! She’s the proud manager of one of our Poughkeepsie Stewart’s Shops. In only 5 years, she has worked her way up from part-time seasonal employment, while in college, to a full-time manager. By working hard and letting her supervisors know she wanted to grow her role, she was able to get into the MIT (Manager in training) program. Danielle travelled with district managers, met different shop managers, and experienced how a variety of shops were run. After that, it was clear to her that a manager role is where she wanted to be, and she was excited to take on the challenge. Overseeing her own shop has given her the freedom to curate how things are run to better serve her customers, whom she has gotten to know very well! From the daily coffee drinker to the sports teams that they donate ice cream to, Danielle has enjoyed strengthening the shop’s relationship with the community! Only 5 years in, Danielle has a long career ahead of her and has no plans of slowing down!
