Meet Angie, the manager of Stewart’s Federal Credit Union! She’s celebrated 20 years at Stewart’s assisting Partners with managing their finances. Her interest in banking started when she was a child when her mother would take her to visit her Aunt, who was the manager of a bank. Watching how the bank worked and the responsibilities her Aunt had fascinated Angie, telling herself one day she would also be a bank manager. Her knack for numbers and enjoyment working with people set her on her way to starting her career in finances. At the Stewart’s Credit Union, she started off as a part-time teller making some extra money. Soon she found that working at Stewart’s was more than a job, she describes it as a second family. That atmosphere and work culture is what kept her here all these years. Working her way up she was promoted to Manager and fulfilled her goal of being just like her Aunt! What Angie has enjoyed over these years is providing Stewart’s Partners an easy and streamline way to do banking. Whether it’s loans, direct deposits, creating savings/checking accounts, and so much more. She is there to walk Partners through it.
