What’s New with Stewart’s Construction?
As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we are also celebrating our shop expansion! With each new shop, we have added convenience and are always looking for new ways to Make Your Life Easier!
September was a crazy month with 7 new Stewart’s Shops opening!
This week we are celebrating Grand Openings in Indian Lake and New Karner Rd. on Friday, 10/2/20.
The Indian Lake Stewart’s Shop is now open and it is absolutely beautiful. The entire town of Indian Lake is excited for this newly rebuilt shop. This enhanced shop is over 4,000 square feet. From the produce island to the ice cream window and the stone exterior that blends beautifully into the Adirondack backdrop, this shop will offer a community meeting place, groceries, coffee with friends, a quick meal and you can’t forget the ice cream!
This shop is part of our $25 million investment in 10 new shops in the North Country in 2019-2020. (Port Henry, Schroon, Chestertown, North Creek, E-Town, Peru, Indian Lake, Keene, Lake Luzerne and Malone). To celebrate, we will be honoring the Indian Lake PTSO with $1000 and the Indian Lake Volunteer Ambulance Corp will also receive a $1000 donation.
The New Karner Rd Stewart’s Shop is now open and features complete convenience with a car wash! This is one of 13 of our new shops in the Capital Region in 2020. The many offices on Corporate Circle Drive now have a lunch option! The area was definitely in need of more food options and now they can stop at Stewart’s for coffee and lunch and on their way home for essentials and ice cream! The residents certainly missed their Stewart’s Shop on Rt 20 when it closed in 2016 and they are so happy to have a brand new shop in the neighborhood! The new shop is over 3,600 square feet and has diesel and non ethanol gasoline for customer convenience.
In honor of the Grand Opening, we will donate $1,500 in milk and egg certificates to the Guilderland Food Pantry.
