Stewart’s Shops continued to expand our footprint across New York, Vermont and New Hampshire last year, growing to more than 400 shops, while increasing our workforce to more than 5,500.
It was a year of milestones in many ways as Stewart’s milk and ice cream won some major awards and the company was recognized as a Top Workplace by the Times Union newspaper for the 8th time.
Stewart’s also reached a historic moment of another kind in 2025. Chief operating officer Chad Kiesow was promoted to president, marking the first time in Stewart’s 80-year history that Stewart’s has a president that is not a member of the Dake family.
Stewart’s and our team of 5,500 also had a lot of fun introducing new sandwiches, ice cream flavors and we brought back an old favorite with a new recipe – Mountain Brew Beer.
There are many reasons to celebrate 2025, but we are even more excited about what’s to come in the new year!
