You hear it every year: “New Year, New You.”
A new year can mean new beginnings, and many people use it as a jumping off point for new (and old) goals. The only way to achieve these new goals is to stick to them! We’re a few weeks into 2019, how are those goals coming along?

#1 Get In Shape
This is definitely the most common of resolutions. An admirable one at that! Changing habits can be hard, but we want to make your life easier. Stop in for a coffee on the way to the gym to get you energized, and then recover with a delicious, protein-packed Stewart’s chocolate milk.
#2 Eat More Dinners Together
Make a resolution as a family! It’s way too easy to eat in front of the TV (or the tablet). Pick up easy family dinners at Stewart’s Shops, like a box of pasta with our Stewart’s meatballs, and enjoy your time at home.
#3 Reward Yourself
Many people work so hard that they never take the time to enjoy themselves. It sounds like they need an ice cream cone! Don’t be afraid to pat yourself on the back with a sweet, frozen treat at Stewart’s Shops.
#4 Eat Out At Restaurants Less
A big goal of 2019 might be to spend a little less. One of the easiest traps to fall into is overspending on food at restaurants. Replace some of those meals with a delicious Now & Then of chicken alfredo or maybe a pizza* from your local Stewart’s Shops.
#5 Make Healthier Food Choices
It used to be hard to make healthier food choices on-the-go. Now, you can go to Stewart’s Shops and pick up anything from green salads to fruit parfaits!
