My Stewart’s Story: Meet East Greenbush shop manager Molly

A smiling Stewart's Shops employee wearing a maroon uniform and black cap stands inside the store. Behind her, shelves stocked with beverages, snacks, and other products are visible, along with colorful promotional signs. A maroon banner with white text reading 'Come Grow With Us!' overlays the bottom of the image.

Molly was in high school when she started working for Stewart’s Shops.

What began as a part-time job to earn gas money turned into a path to a career.

Since graduating from college, Molly has worked in food safety, marketing and worked her way up to lead district auditor before becoming a shop manager.

Today, Molly is manager of the Stewart’s Shop in East Greenbush where she leads a team of young partners including at least a half dozen college students.

“It’s crazy that they come to me and ask for letters of recommendation,” Molly says. “It’s kind of like a full-circle moment.”

During her seven years with Stewart’s Shops, Molly has grown personally and professionally.

“I think I have really come out of my shell … and developed a good base for where I want to go in a few years,” she says.
