Give a Pint, Get a Pint Campaign was a Sweet Success

This past June, Stewart’s Shops and the American Red Cross teamed up for the Give a pint, Get a Pint campaign for the 5th straight year! Since the program started, 30,000 pints of blood have been donated and used to save lives.

This year, we are happy to report a record-breaking 9,100 pints of blood were collected!  These donations will be able to help 20,808 in need! The American Red Cross offered free COVID-19 antibody testing for donors, this resulted in a 36% increase in donations over last year!

The month of June tends to be a slower month in blood donations making this partnership even more important!

This Year, Stewart’s Shops donated 10,000-pint certificates for donors to redeem for their free pint of ice cream. Donors can redeem their pint certificate for any pre-packaged ice cream pints, gelato, or non-dairy frozen dessert. Gelato flavors include Salty Caramel, Pistachio, and Milk Chocolate. Non-dairy frozen desserts include Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and Mint Cookie Crumble.

We MOO (Make Our Own) for you with fresh milk from 23 local farms, only using quality ingredients with just the right amount of air, inclusions, and swirl. There is no middleman between our distribution plant and our shops to ensure that our ice cream is fresh and in perfect condition. We make it, we care for it, and we only deliver it to our shops for you to enjoy! We currently have 65 flavors to choose from that are served either in a cone, half-gallon, or a pint.
