Of all the flavors, however, my favorite has long been Mint Cookie Crumble. As someone who found mint chip too minty and plain chocolate too fudgy, Mint Cookie Crumble struck a perfect balance – minty enough to be refreshing on a hot summer day, but cut with swirls of chocolate cookie that hit my chocolate fix without being overpowering. For days when I want to be indulgent, it pairs perfectly with a warm brownie or a slice of chocolate cake.
