Stewart’s Shops honored its deep roots in the dairy industry by giving out free ice cream at the Washington County Fair on August 27th and 28th.

Treating hundreds of fairgoers helps bring recognition to the hard-working farm families who serve as the backbone of Washington County’s vibrant agriculture industry. Stewart’s works with 16 family-run farms in Washington County to source our award-winning milk. That milk also is used to make our award winning ice cream.
Some very committed Stewart’s ice cream lovers stood in line for over an hour last week to receive free scoops of Chocolate, Vanilla, Mint Cookie Crumble and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream.

Stewart’s trusty mascot, Flavor the Cow, also made a special appearance to hang out with ice cream and fair fans. Flavor also had a chance to visit the barns where some of her cousins spent fair week.
