One hour. That’s how long it took for Stewart’s Shops to serve 1,000 dishes of ice cream during Stewart’s Day at the Races.
Stewart’s teamed up with the New York Racing Association to host its annual Stewart’s Day at the Races at Saratoga Race Course on August 19th.
Ice cream fans of all ages turned out to grab a free dish of Caramel Cookie Dough, Mint Cookie Crumble, Chocolate and Vanilla ice cream.
Stewart’s Shops debuted a shiny new ice cream wagon for the event, and our trusty, smiling mascot Flavor the Cow made a special appearance, entertaining horse racing and ice cream fans.
“Saratoga Race Course has a great reputation as an exciting place where up-and-coming horses to run their maiden race,” said Stewart’s president Chad Kiesow. “What better place for the maiden run of the new Stewart’s ice cream wagon than Saratoga Race Course? Everybody won during this maiden debut.”
