Did you know that one pint can help 3 people in need? Stewart’s has once again teamed up with the American Red Cross to kick off the 4th annual Pint for a Pint Campaign.
Give blood, get a sweet treat – of Stewart’s ice cream! We’ve again partnered with the American Red Cross of the Eastern NY Region with the ‘Give a Pint, Get A Pint’ campaign. If you donate blood during the month of June, you will get a coupon for a free pre-packaged pint of Stewart’s ice cream or gelato that can be redeemed at any of our shops!
Blood donations are a bit slow during this busy time of year – but it’s always important to take the time to help save a life.
Since the program stated, the Red Cross has been able to collect 21,000 pints of blood in the month of June, which is usually a low collection month.

With only about 38 percent of the population even eligible to give blood, and only about 10 percent of those people — that’s 3 percent of the population — giving blood yearly, donations are desperately needed. Stewart’s Shops is stepping up to help this great cause.
