Taylor has been working at Stewart’s Shops for 5 years in Personnel at the Corporate Office. She started as a partner in a shop, working while she finished up college with an accounting Degree, with an I/S background. After college she continued working at Stewart’s, but knew she wanted to pursue positions outside the shop within the company. She made her manager aware of her goals and what she was interested in. Her manager got her in touch with HR at the Corporate Office and while there were no accounting positions available, a spot in Personnel was! Taylor took a chance and accepted and has never looked back. She loves her new position and those she works with. Her daily tasks involve managing manager incentives and growth incentives monthly as well as the configuration of new timekeeping software. Taylor’s story is a great example of how you create your own growth with Stewart’s by speaking up to your Supervisor, Manager or District Manager and they will help get you to where you want to be!
