Rob Brooks has had a very successful 22-year career at Stewart’s Shops, taking on multiple roles at the Distribution Center. After leaving the Air Force, Rob was looking for a steady job to support his family, so he applied for a position at the Stewart’s Distribution Plant. This is where everything in the shops comes from. The Plant supplies everything from ice cream, packaged goods, beverages, and fresh food made in the Stewart’s Kitchen. Over his 22 years, Rob has worn many hats in multiple departments. He learned early on that you control your growth and having open communication with your managers will help you move through the company. Currently he is taking on an exciting new role as the Warehouse Manager. The warehouse is right next to the Distribution Plant and houses construction materials for the Shops. Rob calls it the “Home Depot” of Stewart’s Shops. You can find anything from shop signs, to doorknobs, shelving to gas pumps. Rob is excited to keep learning new things about Stewart’s Shops and he has no plans of slowing down anytime soon!
