OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
- Dates/Eligibility. The “Text to win giveaway” begins on August 16th, 2021, and ends on September 12th, 2021, at 11:59 pm. By specified date and time, all entries via text will be compiled within the system, in which the prize package will be randomly rewarded. The Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents residing in specified states (NY & VT), 18 years of age and older. Standard text messaging fees will apply. Void where prohibited by law. One entry per person. Employees of (a) sponsoring company and affiliated companies are not eligible to win (b) Stewart’s Shops (c) any entity associated with the sponsorship or conduct of the Contest.
- How to Enter. Current members of the MOO Club will be automatically entered for a chance to win the specified prize. New consumers will text in from their mobile phones to be entered into the giveaway. Entries are limited to one entry per person. The prize package will be randomly selected and awarded to one winner. The winning participant will be notified to redeem his/her/their prize package via text.
- The prize package consists of 52 half gallon ice cream gift certificates, a year supply. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The prize package must be claimed within 30 days.
- Conditions/Restrictions. By entering this contest, entrants are to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and all applicable text messaging fees. Stewart’s Shops Corp. and sponsoring companies are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Winners must produce identification satisfactory to Stewart’s Shops and agree that his or her name, photograph, and likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by Stewart’s Shops within five (5) days after receipt and prior to receiving the prize. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Contest will be disqualified. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and indemnify Stewart’s Shops and sponsoring companies and any other related entity and entities affiliated with the Contest and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries, and employees, (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the Contest.
