A big thank you to all the blood donors who came out in June, participating in our Give a Pint, Get a Pint promotion with the Red Cross. More than 6,384 donor registered and 5,841 pints of blood were donated.
For the fourth year in a row, Stewart’s Shops teamed up with the Red Cross during the month of June to give blood donors a coupon for a free pint of Stewart’s ice cream or gelato across 20 counties in New York. And those donors must sure like ice cream, because a lot of those coupons have already been redeemed!
The Red Cross has now issued an emergency call for donors of all types to give blood. Right now, the need for blood is greater than donations coming in. Schedule your donation.
